Steer Your Career was created by the Twin Cities Career Readiness Collaborative (CRC), a group of Minneapolis-St. Paul organizations that work with young people to help them succeed in life. The CRC is made up of non-profit organizations, the cities of Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minneapolis Public Schools, and others. Its focus is to help young people build career skills while discovering their passions.
